World Pancreatic Cancer Day 2024

21st Nov 2024

World Pancreatic Cancer Day 2024

On World Pancreatic Cancer Day 2024, the European Pancreatic Club joins forces with others to fight this terrible disease, a battle in which time is critical and perseverance drives us forward.

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, we draw strength from navigating obstacles and renew our commitment once again to overcome one of the greatest challenges in medicine.

Every second matters! The hourglass reminds us of how precious time is for patients, families, friends, caregivers and the healthcare professionals who fight alongside them. Each grain of time represents a chance to take action, make a difference, and light the way for those affected by this deadly disease.

Our goals are to ensure equal care, promote early detection, and encourage innovative research to improve treatment for everyone. We aim for a future where every patient receives the highest-quality care, regardless of where they live. Together we rise to make sure no one faces this disease alone.

Our message is clear: pancreatic cancer must stop being underestimated and underfunded.

Stand with the EPC! Stand for hope! Together, we rise against pancreatic cancer!

Sincerely,

The EPC Executive Committee
